APOLOGIES BEGIN AT HOME WITH THE ABSENT ELIZABETH II

DOCTRINE OF DISCOVERY APPEARS TO BE NEVER ENDING IN THE EYES OF BC PREMIER
I.E.
It is evident that there is no compulsory reading of the TRC Final Report for BC Liberal MLAs. And, while political apologies from BC are called for from BC political leaders - including, all who have undertaken the oath of allegiance to "Elizabeth, her heirs and successors ..."; there does remain two primary historical, political matters of fundamental human, civil and political rights ... as encompassed by the 1953 Elizabeth II's declaration to " honour the customs and traditions of all of the peoples of her realm ... in justice and mercy ... so help her God ... "; namely,
  1. The west coast of North America, north of the 49th parallel is not non-ceded to Elizabeth II in the absence of war; therein, remaining in the political governing spheres of consecutively settled sovereign indigenous Peoples; including, as provided for within the terms of Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC); and,
  2. The constitutional monarch Elizabeth II has not apologized for being the head of government and the claimant of land titles in these regions wich she has named British Columbia

Summary : While it would be prudent for BC Premier Clark to send her MLA Larson to "the school of appropriateness and decorum"; it does remain the evident policies of EIIR Canada that there will be no peace in the land until the "nativeness is fully driven out of the Indian" : i.e., exceptionally high rates regarding ("Native being those consecutively settled soverreign Peoples : CSSP)
  1. Native men and women incarcerated without access to adequately state funded competent legal counsel of their choice (political case Airey versus Ireland)
  2. Native children removed from parents and placed into provincial child care
  3. Native suicide rates
  4. Native early death syndromes from poor health and no access to quality fresh water resources
  5. And, secret land sales : BC legislature lands : refusal to file land transfers at BC land registry : treaties between nation states and members of UN are required to be filed at UN

And, of course, we are required to ignore the political fact that the HBC Charter was null and void in 1697 - therein, no political authority to buy lands; and, thereafter vend it off to the founding 1867  Canada Fathers for $300,000.
It is difficult to perceive any difference here in political BC and those acts of real estate and human rights aggression as perpetrated by ISIS, et al. Surely, we can do better.
